Joe Linsalata - Owner/Broker
Joe has been active in Commercial Real Estate brokerage since 1985. He specialized in commercial leasing, mostly retail, with the JB Goodwin Company from 1987 to 1989 and with O'Connor Properties from 1989 to 1994. He also performed property management with O'Connor Properties. In 1994 he started Linsalata Realty Services. In 1996 he achieved a long time goal of successfully specializing in the brokerage of income producing properties. He has been proactive Realtor holding the post of Chairman of the Commercial Investment Division of the Austin Board of Realtors in 1998 and in 2000 he co-founded the Central Texas Commercial Brokers which later grew into the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors of which he is currently a board member. Joe enjoys the Hill Country lifestyle with his wife Vicky of 11 years. He has a daughter, two stepsons and two step grandchildren.
